Leads the statewide campaign’s data and analytics strategy for GOTV. Oversees voter data, campaign systems, data standards, dashboards, reporting, targeting, modeling, and Election Day monitoring. Provides actionable analysis to leadership and organizing teams, coordinates with campaigns and partner organizations, manages complex data programs, trains staff, and ensures systems support fast, accurate decision-making during Early Vote and Election Day.

Provides legal advice to the Texas Democratic Party on election law, voting rights, election administration, ballot access, campaign finance, and party rules. Assists with litigation, appeals, contracts, open records requests, subpoenas, policies, and compliance matters. Tracks legislative and litigation developments, trains party and election staff, and supports employment, governance, and risk-management issues.

Supports county parties, precinct chairs, candidates, and grassroots leaders across Central Texas. Responsibilities include assessing local needs, coordinating training, recruiting volunteers, supporting voter engagement activities, managing stakeholder relationships, facilitating statewide communication, maintaining organizational records, tracking regional metrics, and assisting with events and field operations. The role strengthens year-round political infrastructure through relationship-building, capacity development, operational guidance, and regional coordination.
