Support development and administration of company safety programs across HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, fabrication, and construction. Conduct inspections, deliver training, investigate incidents, track corrective actions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with OSHA, customer, and regulatory requirements while partnering with field teams and leadership.

Lead commercial HVAC service, retrofit, equipment replacement, and construction projects from turnover through completion. Oversee scope, schedule, budget, labor, materials, and subcontractors; maintain jobsite presence; coordinate stakeholders; manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, purchasing, billing, and documentation; monitor costs, risks, and margins; ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll for union and non-union employees across multiple locations. Validate time records, apply collective bargaining agreements and prevailing wage rules, prepare certified payroll and remittances, reconcile payroll registers and taxes, resolve payroll exceptions, support audits, and improve payroll systems and controls.
