The role requires accurate administrative support in a pediatric clinic, knowledge of medical terminology, confidentiality, managed care referrals, OSHA guidelines, and completion of respiratory fit testing.

Leads employee benefits strategy and operations across health, welfare, retirement, leave, and work/life programs. Oversees plan design, compliance, vendor partnerships, employee communications, metrics, budgets, and process improvements. Directs the Benefits team, manages performance and departmental priorities, and ensures compliance with ERISA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, OSHA, workers’ compensation, and applicable labor and tax laws.

Develops clinical and business solutions by analyzing workflows, data flows, communications, and system requirements. Translates user needs into specifications, evaluates existing and proposed systems, documents current and future processes, supports vendor selection and feasibility studies, assists with configuration and implementation, analyzes system issues, and coordinates system upgrades.
