Leads diversified-industry corporate banking activities, including client and prospect coverage, deal staffing, credit analysis, underwriting, diligence, portfolio monitoring, covenant compliance, and transaction closings. Oversees analysts and associates, reviews credit work, manages training and onboarding, collaborates with product partners and senior bankers, mitigates risks, maintains transaction documentation, and improves banking processes and client experience.

Develop and mature insider risk policies, controls, and monitoring programs. Analyze user behavior and activity data to identify threats, lead sensitive investigations, coordinate with HR, Legal, Security, Technology, and business leaders, and recommend remediation. Produce executive and regulatory reporting, manage case documentation, deliver security awareness training, and advise business units on insider threat mitigation and compliance.

Performs independent, risk-based testing of IT general, application, automated, and cybersecurity controls within the Second Line of Defense. Evaluates control design, operating effectiveness, deficiencies, residual risk, and remediation. Partners with technology, information security, compliance, operational risk, and audit stakeholders. Produces testing reports and executive communications while aligning assessments with NIST, COBIT, COSO, FFIEC, SOX, and internal risk frameworks.
