Partner with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, interview processes, compensation negotiations, compliance, and recruitment metrics. Maintain accurate documentation, provide hiring guidance, monitor talent-market trends, and improve recruiting workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Reviews governing documents and complex entity structures to confirm legal authority, ownership, and control. Builds structure charts and authority matrices, prepares onboarding documentation, tracks refresh triggers and exceptions, maintains systems of record, and coordinates with legal, compliance, treasury, operations, and credit teams. Supports policy development and resolves documentation issues for commercial real estate, investment funds, private wealth, and other complex business clients.

Leads the enterprise IAM strategy, governance, architecture, and execution. Oversees identity lifecycle management, authentication, access controls, role engineering, access certifications, privileged and non-human identities, monitoring, audit readiness, and IAM platform administration. Establishes policies, operating models, cross-functional governance, accountability structures, automation, integration standards, and measurable security and compliance outcomes across IT, security, HR, legal, and business teams.
