Coordinate Texas Baptist Student Ministry statewide by recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising paid and volunteer staff; implementing ministry priorities; supporting churches and Baptist organizations; overseeing Baptist Student Centers; developing and monitoring budgets; supervising office operations; managing personnel; facilitating meetings and training; and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws. The role requires active membership in a BGCT-supportive church, Christian commitment, strong leadership and relationship-building abilities, budget and administrative expertise, office software proficiency, and travel across Texas.

Lead and administer the Baptist Student Ministry on campus, overseeing evangelism, discipleship, missions, church partnerships, budgeting, facility care, staff supervision, student mentoring, programs, and reporting while representing TXBSM and working with local churches and associations.

The Navigator is a spiritual and relational guide for church leaders, promoting the GC2 process, coordinating resources, and building relationships within the Texas Baptists community.
