Develops and executes media relations strategies, pitches stories, manages press releases and media inquiries, builds journalist relationships, and supports digital and social media communications. Creates press releases, feature articles, op-eds, and rapid-response content; collaborates with subject matter experts; edits materials; monitors coverage; supports press events, training, crisis communications, and issue management.

Coordinates the production, editing, publishing, and promotion of educational digital content, including articles, blogs, videos, podcasts, and webpages. Supports video and audio production, WordPress content management, SEO, social media marketing, content repurposing, accessibility and branding standards, and digital engagement analytics. Collaborates with faculty and subject matter experts while managing project schedules, files, and deliverables.

Provides financial, administrative, customer service, registration, event coordination, records, HR/payroll, communications, and operational support for the Texas 4-H Center. Processes accounts receivable, payments, deposits, reconciliations, invoices, and reports; supports client relations, event logistics, registration systems, office operations, inventory, marketing, and employee documentation. Requires collaboration across departments, occasional event support, adherence to university financial controls, and occasional evening or weekend work.
