Supports publication design, layout, accessibility, and graphic editing for print and electronic educational materials. Organizes project files, revisions, approvals, drafts, and artwork while meeting deadlines. Requires InDesign experience, strong English skills, and attention to detail. Illustrator, Photoshop, and WCAG-compliant accessible publication experience are preferred. The role is temporary and based in College Station, Texas, with possible remote work.

Conducts plant disease diagnostic testing and manages plant sample data for the Texas Plant Disease Diagnostic Lab. Maintains laboratory equipment and supports general lab operations. Manages the Texas FIRST DETECTOR education program by developing resources, conducting training, recruiting and supporting volunteers, and evaluating program effectiveness. Also develops and delivers plant pathology education and outreach materials to stakeholders.

Performs moderately complex accounting and banking operations, including deposits, financial transactions, uploads, reimbursements, payroll entries, accounts receivable support, and payment reconciliation. Reviews financial documents for accuracy, coding, approvals, and compliance; resolves discrepancies involving ACH, credit cards, returned payments, and unidentified payments. Provides financial customer support, maintains documentation, monitors cash-handling compliance, and recommends process improvements.
