Manage Texas 4-H Foundation scholarship and grant programs, coordinate alumni engagement initiatives and recognition programs, lead annual report production, support donor stewardship and events, maintain program records and CRM data, and prepare reports for leadership and the Board.

The Research Assistant conducts soil science research, performing fieldwork, laboratory analyses, data analysis, and supervising graduate students while operating and maintaining research equipment.

Manage AgriLife employee and retiree benefits programs, supervise benefits staff, administer retirement and leave processes, counsel retirees, coordinate Open Enrollment and benefits communications, resolve claims and premium discrepancies, and serve as Workday/SSO support and benefits subject-matter expert.
