Develop and execute media outreach and media relations strategies; pitch stories, manage press releases and media inquiries; create written content and social media to amplify coverage; support digital communications, press events, crisis communications, and training across Texas A&M AgriLife.

Serve as the primary liaison between AgriLife Marketing & Communications and Extension, develop and execute communications plans and campaigns, train and support Extension staff on brand and communication best practices, manage projects and content development, and coordinate outreach and event communication statewide.

Postdoctoral researcher will develop and validate remote-sensing-enabled surface and groundwater models, integrate NASA EO products with in situ data, apply hydrologic and groundwater models, build AI/ML predictive frameworks, manage heterogeneous datasets, support tool development (APIs/dashboards), engage binational stakeholders, publish research, and supervise students.
