Texas A&M University-San Antonio Benefits Overview

Coordinates career-based learning, internships, workforce placements, career skills development, and post-completion employment monitoring for Alamo Bridges participants. Serves as a liaison among participants, families, vocational rehabilitation agencies, school districts, employers, and community partners. Provides internship instruction and supervision, supports recruitment and participant engagement, maintains program data and reports, develops instructional and outreach materials, and assists with program events and activities.

Provides routine and some complex HR support including creating and processing HRIS actions, maintaining personnel records, auditing files, assisting supervisors and employees with HR/payroll questions, preparing reports, and coordinating HR events and programs.

Tenure-track senior faculty to teach graduate and doctoral courses in educational leadership, chair and mentor dissertations, collaborate with K-12 and higher education partners, perform service and committee work, coordinate program initiatives, and support department and college operations. Teaching load typically two to three 3-credit courses per semester, with flexible scheduling (day, evening, weekend).
