Processes HR personnel actions in Workday, supports leave and absence administration, monitors training, timesheets, and evaluations, and assists with onboarding and offboarding. Provides HR policy guidance, maintains employment records, supports employee inquiries, ensures compliance with applicable laws and university procedures, and coordinates with employees, managers, and HR teams on personnel processes and special projects.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for campus budgeting and financial activities. Oversee budget development and administration, ensure compliance and risk management, support executive leadership with analyses and financial materials, manage business operations and contracts, serve on incident command and FEMA-related finance duties, and lead business personnel oversight and cross-campus agreement negotiations.

Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of shipboard electrical, automation, and control systems (including HV power, propulsion, monitoring, and safety systems). Ensure compliance with USCG and class rules, prepare for inspections, mentor technical staff, and support cadet training while performing shipboard duties during underway and shipyard periods.
