Provide on-site and remote end-user IT support including phone and Bomgar remote sessions, workstation setup, patching, imaging, inventory, equipment relocation, decommissioning, and documentation while following university policies and compliance standards.

Provide help desk support to campus users via phone, email, chat, remote desktop, and in person. Troubleshoot Windows and Apple systems and applications, maintain ticketing records, verify KIOSKs and digital signage, decommission equipment, track network hardware inventory, and assist on imaging and network equipment projects.

Part-time NSF-funded graduate research assistant supporting MS Biology thesis research using microbiological and molecular biology techniques on yeast. Duties include performing experiments, collecting and managing data, basic statistical analysis, developing assessment tools, presenting at conferences, and preparing publications. On-campus presence and adherence to academic progress and departmental scheduling requirements required.
