Provides administrative and customer support for international training programs. Responsibilities include maintaining records, databases, logs, invoices, and student documentation; coordinating class schedules, classrooms, materials, meals, and vendors; responding to inquiries in English and preferably Spanish; preparing travel documentation; and assisting with general office tasks. May drive to other TEEX locations and support additional programs as directed.

Manages public-sector leadership and fire-service training programs, including schedules, delivery, agency coordination, financials, marketing, curriculum relevance, instructional quality, and fiscal viability. Supervises training and administrative staff, coordinates executive development programs, supports symposium planning, and provides subject-matter and instructional leadership. Oversees NFPA standards-based, Pro Board-accredited certification courses and collaborates with instructional designers and business-school partners.

Designs, develops, and maintains dynamic web applications using relational databases. Gathers requirements, ensures accessibility and responsive design, manages code with revision control, and provides ongoing support.

Develop and deploy classroom and online curriculum for law enforcement and protective services. Work with SMEs to create learning objectives, design materials and visuals, edit and format manuals, lead development meetings, track project progress, and ensure alignment with standards and testing.
