Support project setup and estimating for commercial landscape construction. Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and site visits; assist with takeoffs, bids, cost tracking, change orders, documentation, billing support, and stakeholder communication from preconstruction through closeout.

Lead the Nursery Division overseeing plant procurement, inventory, logistics, vendor partnerships, operations, financial performance, and team leadership. Set KPIs, drive procurement and inventory strategy, manage P&L, collaborate with operations and executives, and improve productivity, inventory turns, and profitability across Pacific Northwest projects.
