Lead and build scalable, secure infrastructure for a SaaS AI product. Contribute to data pipelines, telemetry, and AI agent deployment; shape tech strategy; mentor teammates; and collaborate with customers and product teams to deliver robust production systems.

Design, build, and operate scalable, secure cloud infrastructure and internal tooling for high-volume document ingestion and AI data pipelines. Own CI/CD, logging/observability, deployment workflows, and developer efficiency tooling. Collaborate on product direction, engage with clients, and mentor teammates to maintain standards and reliability for enterprise customers.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CTO: manage calendars and inboxes, prepare meeting briefs and slide materials, coordinate travel and expenses, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and run ad-hoc research and operational projects to keep the company running smoothly.
