Lead the architecture, development, operation, and evolution of TetraScience’s multi-tenant Tetra Apps platform. Design containerized application runtimes, routing, identity, security, observability, deployment, and developer tooling. Guide sprint and quarterly planning, write architecture decisions, support production customers, and mentor engineers through technical leadership. Remain hands-on across TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python, AWS, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD while safely improving a live platform.

Leads the company’s legal strategy, risk management, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracting. Drafts and negotiates complex B2B SaaS agreements, MSAs, DPAs, and vendor contracts; advises product, engineering, and security teams on data protection, intellectual property, and sensitive data risks; develops compliance policies; partners across global functions; and manages outside counsel.

Design, build, and operate high-performance, distributed .NET and TypeScript/React applications and cloud APIs. Implement microservices on AWS, automated testing, GitHub Actions CI/CD, observability with OpenTelemetry, and diagnose production issues to ensure scalable, reliable systems.
