Supports internal IT infrastructure and end users by administering accounts, identity and access systems, networks, endpoints, operating systems, collaboration platforms, security tools, backups, and asset inventory. Provides first- and second-level technical support, manages onboarding and offboarding, coordinates vendors, maintains documentation, and improves infrastructure, cybersecurity, automation, and operational efficiency.

Supports compiler and runtime development for in-memory machine learning accelerators. Responsibilities include accelerating compiler development, static analysis of program properties, compiler optimization for ML model latency and bandwidth, and collaboration with QA teams.
