The Sales Associate demonstrates vehicles, builds customer relationships, explains products, represents customers during sales, and delivers a positive buying experience. Responsibilities include following up with inquiries, maintaining product presentation, learning vehicle and accessory inventory, achieving sales and satisfaction goals, and participating in recruiting and training. Administers accurate, timely payroll for multiple locations, including payroll data, taxes, deductions, benefits, reconciliations, compliance, reporting, and recordkeeping. Processes employee changes and benefit events in Paylocity and Employee Navigator, supports ACA reporting, resolves discrepancies, and protects confidential information. The role also trains employees and managers on payroll and timekeeping processes, provides responsive internal customer service, maintains documentation, and identifies process improvements.
