Build and maintain the Bare runtime and native modules across platforms. Write C native addons bridging platform APIs into JavaScript, maintain cross-platform build toolchains and CI, debug platform-specific issues, extend runtime core, and write tests. Collaborate with product teams and document work.

Perform technical and commercial due diligence on mining assets, build and maintain financial models (DCF, NAV, comps), analyze resource/reserve statements, evaluate project economics and structured financing, prepare investment memoranda and pitch materials, monitor commodity and M&A trends, support deal execution, and assess geopolitical, permitting, environmental and ESG risks.

Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs (Node.js) for blockchain and tokenization infrastructure. Integrate with Ethereum/EVM networks, improve system scalability, reliability, observability, and operational tooling, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement secure, high-availability financial systems.
