Lead regulatory strategy and licensing initiatives for Thailand’s crypto-asset market. Analyze regulations, advise on risks and opportunities, engage regulators and policymakers, prepare consultation submissions, support license approvals, and collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, project management, and external stakeholders. The role requires strong knowledge of Thai financial and crypto regulations, excellent English communication, public speaking, and the ability to work strategically and independently.

Develop and maintain Tether’s peer-to-peer stack and modular ecosystem of over 1,500 npm modules. Build production-scale Node.js applications, create reusable packages, write tests, debug systems, and contribute to distributed technology. The role may also involve optimizing network protocols, working with native Node.js extensions, and collaborating remotely with a globally distributed team.

Build and maintain developer tools, AI agents, CI workflows, automated code-quality checks, and development environments for desktop and mobile applications. Improve pull request reviews, testing, build and release workflows, and failure diagnosis. Collaborate with engineers to prioritize tooling improvements, support adoption, document solutions, and measure reliability, effectiveness, and operating costs in a remote global team.
