Conduct mining asset and company due diligence, build valuation and financial models, assess project economics and mineral resources, and support M&A and investment banking transactions. Prepare investment memoranda, pitch books, valuation summaries, and board presentations. Evaluate structured financing, commodity markets, ESG and geopolitical risks, and coordinate with consultants, legal teams, and counterparties during deal execution.
