Manages bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, billing, reconciliations, payroll coordination, HR administration, benefits, compliance records, office operations, vendors, company property, budgeting support, and administrative procedures. The role requires confidentiality, accuracy, independent judgment, strong organization, and collaboration with employees, customers, vendors, and management. Hybrid or remote flexibility may be available, with occasional evening or weekend work.

Conduct independent verification and validation assessments for government and commercial IT programs. Review software development processes, configuration integrity, release readiness, requirements traceability, testing evidence, communications, integration, data oversight, cutover management, and corrective-action closure. Develop thorough technical documentation of findings and communicate results effectively. The role requires extensive federal or state IV&V experience, IEEE 1012 IL4 assessment expertise, and strong technical writing and analytical skills.

Provide independent verification and validation for federal/state IT projects: review PMO areas (communications, configuration, integration, data, cutover, testing), develop test plans/procedures/reports, document requirements, maintain test assets, and support scheduling and technical writing for part-time consulting engagements.
