Conduct a remote payment-testing task for a sports app by completing a reimbursed $35 subscription purchase, reviewing pricing and Utility Users Tax calculations, verifying transaction consistency, and submitting redacted screenshots of checkout, confirmations, invoices, refund emails, and shopper statements. The task takes approximately 1.5 hours and is available ad hoc to residents of specified California ZIP codes with matching billing information and an eligible payment method.

Participate in a 60–80-minute moderated remote usability study about sending money from the UK to India. Discuss current money-transfer methods, complete an approximately $20 transfer using the tested mobile application, and provide spoken feedback during a recorded video session. Participants must be UK residents, use an online transfer service, have not previously used Wise, and have an iOS or Android device. Compensation is $100 per hour plus reimbursement of the transfer amount.
