Hands-on Enologist supporting year-round wine production from harvest through bottling. Responsibilities include cellar operations, fermentation monitoring, laboratory analysis, quality control, wine transfers, filtration, barrel work, sanitation, bottling-line operation, material handling, and production documentation. The role requires collaboration with the winemaking team, safe forklift operation, maintaining sanitary production areas, and flexibility for extended shifts and weekends during harvest and bottling.
