Lead and build a Program Management function for drug development programs, guide program managers on integrated plans, risks, budgets, and decision-making, partner with Finance/Corporate Development for portfolio reviews, and drive continuous improvement, clear communication, and high-performing cross-functional teams in a biotech environment.

Lead corporate transactions and governance for a publicly traded biotechnology company. Provide legal advice on M&A, licensing, capital markets, SEC compliance, contracting, corporate governance, and investor communications. Manage outside counsel, support cross-functional teams, and oversee policies, training, and legal budget. Serve as a business partner to senior management and the General Counsel.

Lead configuration, support, and continuous improvement of scientific software (ELN/registry, Benchling). Own scientific data models, schemas, and integrations into downstream databases and analytics. Partner with wet/dry lab teams to translate experimental workflows into system requirements, enable AI tooling adoption, provide training/support, and enforce data capture and change management standards. Drive data quality, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to make scientific systems reliable and consumable by engineering and computational teams.
