Maintain and improve city- and country-level transit and mapping data by validating, editing, and auditing map content; create local transit policies and guidelines; communicate with internal teams and partners; conduct field research; troubleshoot mapping issues; manage city-specific data pipelines using internal platforms and basic programming.

Support map and transit data quality by reviewing user issues, validating and editing transit data, creating city/country guidelines, conducting field verification, managing data pipelines, and coordinating with internal teams and partners to resolve mapping and transit issues.

Lead pre-sales and solution design for AI and automation enterprise engagements. Deliver demos, POCs, technical discovery, and architecture. Support implementations, troubleshooting, and strategic customer advisory while collaborating across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
