Provide recovery-based one-on-one and group coaching for individuals with serious mental illness or general mental health diagnoses. Teach living skills, health and wellness topics, support goal-setting, assist with healthy lifestyle plans, and participate as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team under court-ordered treatment.

Provide clinical leadership and supervision at an adult SMI treatment site. Oversee clinical staff, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, coordinate services across disciplines, mentor clinicians, use outcome data to drive training and improvements, and support site operations and recovery-oriented care.

Provide peer-delivered, recovery-based support to members in community settings by sharing lived experience, delivering living skills training, care coordination, and promoting community integration. Maintain accurate documentation and assist members in accessing community supports and resources.
