Designs, delivers, and improves onboarding and ongoing training for clinical and operational staff. Partners with leaders to convert policies and workflows into practical learning, facilitates live and virtual sessions, maintains LMS records, provides EHR (NextGen) training and end-user support, evaluates training effectiveness, and supports rollouts and workforce engagement initiatives to ensure competency and service excellence.

Provide outpatient counseling and case management for clients with co-occurring substance use and mental health conditions. Deliver individual and group therapy, participate in treatment planning, coordinate transportation and meals, document services same-day, maintain productivity and licensing, travel between two LADDER sites, collaborate with treatment team, and use evidence-based practices to drive client engagement and health outcomes.

Provide case management for individuals with serious mental illness or general mental health diagnoses under court-ordered treatment. Complete assessments, crisis and service plans, coordinate care with clinical team and community providers, conduct outreach and follow-up, manage caseload tasks, and pursue recovery-focused outcomes including housing, employment, and education supports.
