Provides rehabilitation and supportive services to individuals with serious mental illness or general mental health diagnoses under court-ordered treatment. Helps clients establish and achieve recovery, employment, education, and community-involvement goals; implements individual service plans; coordinates rehabilitation services; documents progress; uses motivational interviewing and brief clinical interventions; and collaborates with families, vocational counselors, employment specialists, and community providers.
