Provides mobile crisis response and peer support to individuals and families experiencing mental health or substance use concerns. Works with clinicians, first responders, families, and healthcare partners; delivers brief interventions, develops safety plans, coordinates psychiatric hospital placements, makes referrals, and documents services in the electronic health record. Requires peer certification, behavioral health knowledge, crisis communication skills, CPR/First Aid certification, an Arizona fingerprint clearance card, and a valid Arizona driver’s license.

Provides mobile behavioral health crisis intervention and stabilization for individuals and families across all ages. Responds onsite to crisis calls, assesses risk, engages clients, develops safety and follow-up plans, coordinates referrals, and collaborates with families, schools, first responders, and agencies. Focus areas include serious mental illness, children and adolescents, and family interventions. Requires flexibility, cultural responsiveness, and compassionate crisis support.

Provides mobile crisis intervention and stabilization for individuals and families in homes, schools, hospitals, and other settings. Conducts assessments, supports hospital discharges, coordinates with crisis call centers and first responders, audits documentation, assists with scheduling and department operations, and may provide clinical oversight to behavioral health technicians. Requires on-call availability for at least four 10-hour shifts monthly, with preference for evening and overnight flexibility.
