Owns LATAM people and business operations, including end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, contractor administration, HRIS management, compensation benchmarking, performance rhythms, workspace coordination, and hiring analytics. The role builds scalable playbooks and processes across Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia, supports the Mexico City team, coordinates with headquarters, and uses AI to improve hiring, documentation, onboarding, and administrative workflows.

Own and build the company’s revenue operations foundation, including HubSpot administration, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, reporting, commissions, quota tracking, and revenue processes. The role will establish CRM structure, improve data quality, automate leadership reporting, create reliable forecasting, identify commercial leakage, and strengthen operating discipline across a scaling revenue organization.

Build Terrific’s monetization and commerce data products from the ground up. Responsibilities include designing event and identity models, consent and attribution systems, reconciling reporting data, creating advertiser-facing campaign and reporting tools, delivering sponsored placements, and integrating external buying platforms. The role combines hands-on backend and data engineering with product ownership, customer collaboration, technical specifications, build-versus-buy decisions, and independent judgment.
