Own revenue and pipeline for mid-market e-commerce (Shopify-focused) using PLG motions. Close $20K-$200K deals, optimize trial-to-paid conversion with Product, manage marketplace presence and partnerships to drive inbound and conversion.

Lead forecasting, planning, and operating models across revenue and ops. Build and maintain models and dashboards to measure ARR, CAC, retention, conversion, partner performance, and platform economics. Partner with CEO and revenue leaders on budgets, scenarios, hiring, and operating reviews. Pressure-test assumptions, improve forecast credibility, and use AI where helpful to accelerate analysis and scenario modeling.

Translate product, commerce, media, and campaign data into executive-ready narratives tying metrics (CVR, AOV, CAC, RPM, retention, traffic quality) to revenue. Build business cases, QBRs, case studies, and decision memos; partner with revenue, product, and CS to identify value and leakage. Use modern analytics, visualization, and AI tools to speed insight generation and synthesize recommendations for senior stakeholders.
