Teams at Terrestrial Energy

Leads multiple complex engineering projects across reactor and fuel-line pilot facilities. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, cross-functional coordination, supplier and EPC contractor management, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, quality assurance, root-cause analysis, and executive reporting. The role supports IMSR nuclear technology development and requires substantial project management experience in nuclear or similarly regulated environments.

Develops and integrates systems engineering activities for IMSR nuclear reactor technology. Responsibilities include requirements management, decomposition and traceability, system architecture, interface coordination, configuration management, verification and validation planning, technical documentation, and cross-functional engineering coordination. The role supports regulated nuclear technology development and requires collaboration with design, safety, licensing, and project management teams.

Supports project controls across advanced nuclear technology programs by coordinating schedules, forecasts, reporting, documentation, stakeholder communications, procurement tracking, risk mitigation, quality checks, and project meetings. Maintains project data, dashboards, change logs, action items, and document control records while helping teams identify bottlenecks and improve processes. The role coordinates with engineering, safety, quality, licensing, suppliers, subcontractors, and national laboratory partners, with occasional travel to project sites.
