Develops and improves manufacturing processes for drug-loaded microarray patches. Responsibilities include designing and analyzing process development experiments, assessing equipment and workflows for scale-up, troubleshooting process data, developing manufacturing controls, preparing cGMP documentation, designing manufacturing tools and fixtures, and collaborating with automation, technical operations, analytical, formulation, and quality teams.

Performs cGMP QC testing for in-process, release, and stability samples using HPLC/UPLC chromatography. Responsibilities include operating Agilent systems, analyzing data in OpenLab CDS, method development and troubleshooting, complementary assays, instrument maintenance, documentation, and support for method qualification, validation, and transfer. The role collaborates with QC, analytical and process development, manufacturing, and regulatory teams in an onsite environment.

Performs mechanical testing and QC release testing for materials, components, and microarray patch products. Develops and qualifies test methods, conducts dimensional inspection and surface metrology, analyzes data, troubleshoots instrumentation, maintains audit-ready records, and authors SOPs, protocols, and technical reports. The role supports cGMP compliance, equipment calibration, regulatory submissions, and cross-functional activities spanning analytical development, manufacturing, process development, and regulatory teams.
