Drive profitable sales of industrial turbochargers and related product lines across a Central to Northeast U.S. territory. Manage assigned natural gas accounts, maintain forecasts and SIOP input, coordinate cross-functional teams, train and mentor territory sales and customer service reps, negotiate contracts and pricing, attend industry events, and deliver regular CRM-based reporting. Target business growth and KPI-driven forecasting while traveling 60%+ and ensuring cost-effective sales expense management.

Serve as strategic HR business partner for corporate office and distribution centers: lead employee relations, high-volume recruiting, performance and leadership development, compensation analysis, multi-state compliance, onboarding, and shared-services standardization. Travel ~50% to support geographically distributed hourly workforce.
