Lead day-to-day operations at a 25,000–35,000 square-foot remanufacturing facility with 60+ employees. Responsibilities include executing operating plans, managing inventory and staffing, driving KPIs and continuous improvement, maintaining quality and customer delivery performance, developing employees, controlling costs, and ensuring OSHA and EHS compliance. The role emphasizes sustainable manufacturing, safety, operational excellence, and team leadership.

The Senior Plant Controller leads financial reporting, cost accounting, internal controls, audits, budgeting, and forecasting for two manufacturing plants. Responsibilities include standard costing, inventory accounting, variance analysis, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, SAP reporting, capital expenditure review, and SOP development. The role partners with plant and corporate leadership, standardizes finance practices across sites, and travels approximately 25% between Michigan and Washington.

Supports inside sales by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, managing the quoting queue, entering and updating orders, and following up on opportunities to drive revenue. Maintains customer and CRM records, supports outside sales, and coordinates with operations and manufacturing teams on inventory, fill rates, and SIOP. Identifies upsell opportunities and reports performance metrics. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, and customer-service skills in a fast-paced industrial environment.
