The Staff II Accountant supports monthly and year-end close, journal entries, accruals, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, payroll accounting, financial reporting, audit requests, and general ledger analysis. The role also administers credit card and expense processes, supports fixed assets, prepaid expenses, intercompany transactions, and sales tax filings, while partnering across departments and improving accounting processes, systems, and internal controls.

Leads strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier development, private-label product development, cost reduction, quality, compliance, and supply-chain resilience across Asian markets. Manages supplier negotiations, landed-cost modeling, risk mitigation, dual sourcing, supplier performance, and responsible sourcing. Oversees the Shanghai sourcing organization, builds a Singapore team, develops category strategies and KPIs, and maintains relationships with automotive aftermarket manufacturers. Extensive travel throughout Asia is required.
