Lead product vision and execution for tDesign, an internal platform for small-molecule drug discovery. Define roadmap, translate complex AI/ML and scientific needs into intuitive UX, integrate AI agents and automated workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive adoption and product impact metrics.

The Senior Associate Scientist will analyze and visualize data, collaborate on screening strategies, and validate hits for drug discovery using the EMMI platform.

Maintain and troubleshoot automated microscope systems (hardware, software, optics, fluidics), document and manage service tickets, perform preventive maintenance and calibrations, support design and implementation of lab automation platforms, track failures and improve reliability, and partner with scientific teams to develop new microscope processes and custom systems.

The Associate Director will lead assay development for small-molecule immunology projects, manage a team, and collaborate across disciplines to optimize drug discovery.

Design and run cell-based immunology assays to evaluate small-molecule mechanism of action. Develop and optimize assays for hit-to-lead and SAR, generate IC50s, analyze data, manage CRO activities, and collaborate with chemists and computational teams to advance discovery programs.

Provide front-desk reception and general office upkeep while supporting lab operations: ship/receive packages, register chemicals in electronic inventory, coordinate vendor deliveries/pickups, order and restock kitchen and office supplies, maintain inventory reports, and assist the Operations Team with ad hoc projects.

Lead technical operations supporting R&D by managing technical projects, coordinating cross-functional groups, and delivering project milestones. Support strategic operations like inventory and finance modeling, maintain facilities and safety, and drive continuous improvement and ad hoc initiatives in a fast-changing biotech startup environment.
