Lead on-site edibles production at a regulated cannabis facility, supervising technicians and ensuring timely, compliant GMP food-safety manufacturing. Oversee production cycles, sanitation, records, SOP/recipe adherence, equipment operation/cleaning, training, and implementation of processes while meeting physical and safety requirements.

Support regulatory submission and communication for product commercialization, facility modifications, and marketing. Review packaging, labeling, and materials; prepare and submit documentation to agencies; monitor regulatory changes; coordinate cross-functional compliance and draft SOPs.

Lead the manufacturing shift team to meet production goals while ensuring cGMP compliance, safety, accurate batch records, equipment maintenance, SOP adherence, and proper handling/disposal of chemicals and cannabis waste.
