Process AP transactions (Non-PO and PO/3-way match), guide AP team, complete vendor reconciliations, support month-end close, ensure SOX and policy compliance, document procedures, handle vendor/internal correspondence, research and resolve issues, and perform ad hoc analysis and projects to support the accounting department.

Lead commercialization and portfolio execution for flower and pre-roll categories across markets. Build and maintain project plans, coordinate cross-functional inputs, track risks and launch readiness, maintain documentation, report status to leadership, drive on-time launches, escalate issues, and improve project visibility and handoffs.

Transform commercial, market, consumer, and portfolio data into actionable insights. Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting, analyze performance and competitive trends, support pricing, assortment, and launch decisions, and deliver executive-ready recommendations while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and commercial alignment.

Supervise post-harvest and packaging operations, ensuring safety, quality, throughput, inventory control, scheduling, reporting, and continuous improvement across shifts while developing team leaders.

Lead on-site edibles production at a regulated cannabis facility, supervising technicians and ensuring timely, compliant GMP food-safety manufacturing. Oversee production cycles, sanitation, records, SOP/recipe adherence, equipment operation/cleaning, training, and implementation of processes while meeting physical and safety requirements.

Lead the manufacturing shift team to meet production goals while ensuring cGMP compliance, safety, accurate batch records, equipment maintenance, SOP adherence, and proper handling/disposal of chemicals and cannabis waste.

Manage all customer-facing sales and service activities across New Jersey. Promote and sell TerrAscend products to new and existing accounts, grow market share, track KPIs and pipeline, monitor competition, coordinate with supply chain and cultivation teams, and meet weekly/monthly sales metrics.
