Leads the turnaround and delivery of the Keta Blue mangrove restoration project in Ghana. Responsibilities include adaptive management, partner governance, field-based execution, integrated planning, budgeting, risk management, performance reporting, stakeholder communication, and accountability across technical, community, financial, commercial, carbon, and governance areas. The role requires at least 50% field presence in the Keta Lagoon area and travel across Ghana.
