Supports daily accounting operations, including full-cycle accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable across multiple locations, cost-center and general-ledger coding, journal entries, and basic accounting principles. The role requires accurate, confidential, and organized financial administration, communication with stakeholders, and completion of supervisor-assigned tasks. QuickBooks and Microsoft Office proficiency are required, along with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least two years of relevant experience.

Drive new business by developing pipelines, preparing proposals and RFQ/RFP responses, conducting market research, attending industry events, building client relationships, and converting leads into sales for geotechnical and construction materials testing services.

Conduct field and laboratory testing of soils, aggregate, concrete, and other construction materials. Document test results and construction activities for project compliance, follow safety procedures, work outdoors in varied weather, and perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds. The role requires accurate documentation, communication, organization, a valid driver license, clean driving and screening records, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Construction experience is preferred but not required.
