Leads the sales operations strategy, team, technology stack, data governance, forecasting, compensation planning, budgets, and process improvement. Partners with sales, marketing, finance, IT, and customer service to improve productivity, pipeline management, commercial execution, and field alignment. Oversees strategic transformation initiatives, sales events, CRM effectiveness, and development of a high-performing operations team.

Supports master data creation, maintenance, audits, governance, cleansing, deduplication, and quality tracking across JD Edwards, PIM, and Wrike. Partners with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Creative teams to resolve discrepancies, support SKU setup, document processes, and assist with integrations, migrations, automation, and AI-enabled data-quality initiatives. The intern also tracks cross-functional requests and project timelines.

The Business Consultant develops Dermalogica sales across Arizona by acquiring new accounts, servicing existing salon and skincare business customers, conducting prospecting and sales calls, managing events and trade shows, and meeting revenue and account-opening targets. The role requires significant daily vehicle travel, relationship building, product education, sales reporting, and administrative territory management. Candidates need at least two years of field sales experience, client-building success, and strong communication and organizational skills.
