Own and execute marketing strategy for education programs to drive enrollment and retention. Build segmented customer journeys, automated workflows, and integrated campaigns across email, web, social and events. Collaborate with education operations and field teams, align with corporate marketing, run testing and optimization, and analyze performance to grow participation and account engagement.

Lead and scale Dermalogica’s affiliate and creator commerce across platforms (ShopMy, Amazon Creator, TikTok Shop). Own strategy, partner recruitment, creator management, commission frameworks, reporting, and cross-functional alignment to drive traffic, conversion, EMV, and revenue.

Own and maintain Dermalogica's global reporting and analytics ecosystem. Build, validate, and troubleshoot Power BI/Tableau dashboards and data flows, ensure data quality and governance across sell-in/sell-out datasets, provide ad hoc analysis and monthly performance tracking, and develop analytical models to inform global strategy and identify growth opportunities.
