Manages the events department and oversees operational guidance, financial budgets, revenue and GOP targets, event planning, execution, production, and final cleanup. Develops policies and procedures to maintain entity standards while leading event operations in a five-star hospitality environment. The role requires business acumen, creativity, leadership, organization, communication, problem-solving, and UAE/GCC market experience.

Manages the complete event service process for customers, including consultation, personalization, planning, coordination, execution, handover, and post-event follow-up. Partners with sales, business development, internal departments, service managers, and customers to deliver seamless, consistent, high-level service at a luxury hospitality destination.

Manage front office operations and related services to support profitability, guest satisfaction, occupancy, and room-rate optimization. Coordinate with departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences from check-in through check-out. Supervise, hire, train, coach, and develop Front Office team members while maintaining service quality, professionalism, and operational effectiveness.

Manage and optimize SevenRooms for reservations, guest management, marketing campaigns, integrations, and reporting. Develop brand strategies, coordinate agencies, organize photo and video shoots, manage social media, and create short- and long-term marketing plans. Conduct competitive and market research to identify growth opportunities. The role requires at least two years of similar experience in a four- or five-star hotel and UAE/GCC market experience.
