Own end-to-end product design for a complex crypto and digital assets app and web platform. Responsibilities include user flows, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, responsive experiences, design system maintenance, developer handoff, UX improvements, lightweight research, competitor analysis, and collaboration with Product and Engineering. The designer will independently manage multiple initiatives and occasionally support marketing design tasks.

Manage the full contract lifecycle for commercial and operational agreements: draft, review, negotiate, execute, maintain repository, track key dates, manage vendor due diligence and performance, ensure regulatory compliance (AML, KYC, data protection, DORA), and improve CLM processes and training across teams.
