Define token utility, VIP eligibility, reward mechanics, ledger processes, reconciliation rules, and infrastructure upgrades. Translate tokenomics and MiCAR requirements into technical specifications for Engineering and Design, while coordinating stakeholders across IT, Legal, Compliance, CRM, and leadership. The role requires strong financial systems, digital wallet, token utility, Agile, and regulatory knowledge.
