Work on production data platform systems: build and optimize streaming and batch pipelines, scalable storage for petabyte-scale time-series data, implement data quality and processing, participate in code reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, and support customers while learning modern data infrastructure technologies.

Build and own Terminal’s technical recruiting function in Toronto: run full-cycle searches for engineering and data roles (priority: data platform), source and close senior/staff hires, design interview loops and scorecards, protect interviewer capacity, run hiring metrics in Ashby, and create a repeatable recruiting operating system.
