Build the founding CSM playbook, establish cadence, align stakeholders, and feed activation friction back to R&D to enable scalable expansion.

Owner of enterprise renewal, expansion, and commercial outcomes for assigned accounts. Build account plans, run disciplined expansion motions, hold executive relationships, lead pricing and order-form negotiations, and create the founding SAM playbook alongside COO/CEO. Measure success by connected-vehicle scaling, expansion ARR, and sustained NDR across the book.
