Provide global client support for Termgrid's Portfolio product, manage client portfolio data and onboarding, produce usage insights for QBRs, maintain knowledge base, resolve client inquiries with Account Managers, and liaise with Product and Engineering on client-driven product improvements.

Manage and grow a 6-12 engineer team across frontend, backend, and platform. Own delivery processes, roadmap alignment, hiring, engineering best practices, incident response, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable fintech software.

Serve as primary client contact for onboarding, training, and ongoing account health. Drive client adoption, monitor usage, run check-ins, coordinate with Product/Sales/Engineering, collect feedback, resolve issues, and implement best practices to improve client experience and internal processes.
