Provide global client support for Termgrid's Portfolio product, manage client portfolio data and onboarding, produce usage insights for QBRs, maintain knowledge base, resolve client inquiries with Account Managers, and liaise with Product and Engineering on client-driven product improvements.

Manage and grow a 6-12 engineer team across frontend, backend, and platform. Own delivery processes, roadmap alignment, hiring, engineering best practices, incident response, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable fintech software.

Manage the editorial calendar and content pipeline, coordinate writers/agencies and SMEs, produce and repurpose thought leadership and research, distribute content across channels, and track performance/SEO to optimize reach and engagement.
