Supports the Director of Finance with budgeting, payroll, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, audits, Form 990 preparation, and financial controls. Oversees grant financial management, including expense tracking, application budgets, compliance monitoring, financial reporting, and closeout reports. Works collaboratively with grant writers and program managers to maintain nonprofit financial accountability and support organizational programs.

Leads Chum’s fundraising, donor engagement, communications, advocacy, congregational outreach, and advancement planning. Oversees major gifts, grants, annual giving, planned giving, special events, and capital campaigns while managing donor relationships and ensuring data integrity. Provides leadership to the Mission Advancement Team, collaborates with the Executive Director and Board, supports advocacy initiatives, represents Chum in the community, and advances organizational sustainability through values-driven engagement.
