Supports daily site operations, facilities management, field service, and customer onboarding. Responsibilities include invoice approvals, vendor and contract administration, operational data maintenance, reporting, inventory tracking, purchase orders, RMA coordination, and onboarding documentation. The role collaborates with Finance, Sales, Field Operations, site teams, and vendors to maintain accurate workflows and scalable EV charging operations.

Own and expand UI, API, and hardware-in-the-loop test automation across the product ecosystem. Build scalable CI/CD testing infrastructure with containerized and ephemeral environments, develop test plans, analyze failures, monitor production defects, and improve quality metrics. Lead performance, security, and user experience testing while evaluating AI-assisted QA tools. Provide technical mentorship and collaborate with software, hardware, DevOps, SRE, product, and operations teams.

Lead technical accounting research and policy for complex transactions, debt/equity, ASC 606/820/946, and CIP. Maintain fixed asset ledger, support reporting, audits, and SOX controls, and partner with cross-functional teams on capitalization and financial disclosures.
