Lead full development lifecycle for EV/AV charging centers: site due diligence, entitlement, design, permitting, pre-construction, construction support, financial underwriting and modeling, vendor/RFP management, schedule creation, legal/contract collaboration, and stakeholder presentations. Coordinate across Real Estate, Energy, Finance, Legal, and Construction to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Define and maintain quality standards for high-power EV charging and energy management systems. Measure field performance, perform root cause analysis of complex hardware/software failures, validate protocols (OCPP/ISO 15118), coordinate vendor fixes, ensure lab-to-field consistency, and develop commissioning and SOPs for reliable site operations.
