Lead pre-sales technical engagements for enterprise customers: deliver demos, run POCs/POVs, perform technical discovery, design deployments across on-prem/cloud, configure integrations/APIs, troubleshoot complex setups, collaborate with Sales/Product/Engineering/Customer Success, and mentor/scale the Solution Engineering team.

The Principal, Technical Partnerships will develop strategic partnerships, coordinate with partner teams, and oversee product integrations and launches, ensuring success metrics are met.

Own post-sale relationships for mid-market/enterprise customers to drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion. Deliver training, strategic reviews, monitor health metrics, mitigate risks, advocate internally, and identify upsell opportunities to maximize customer value and retention.
