Supports cost and inventory accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, variance analysis, audits, internal controls, and accounting process improvements. The role partners with Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to maintain accurate product costs, inventory valuations, general ledger records, and compliance documentation, including government contract accounting requirements.

The Controller manages accounting operations, cash management, financial reporting, manufacturing cost accounting, inventory, internal controls, compliance, audits, tax filings, and external financial relationships. The role supervises accounting staff and partners with leadership to improve financial performance and business processes in a small manufacturing environment.

The Management Analyst will provide expert analysis and advice on internal controls, financial audit readiness, and regulatory compliance for federal clients, ensuring effective performance metrics and financial reporting.
