Lead and scale global accounting operations across AP, AR, payroll accounting, fixed assets, accruals, reconciliations, and close activities. Improve close timelines, internal controls, documentation, ERP processes, automation, and reporting while supporting audit readiness and multinational complexity. Build a high-performing accounting team and manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and outsourced partners. The role is hybrid in Santa Clara, Austin, Boston, or Toronto.
