Provides personalized service to credit union members by opening accounts, processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and wire transfers, recommending financial products, promoting digital banking, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships. The role requires meeting production and member-experience goals, maintaining transaction accuracy and confidentiality, answering financial questions, and complying with policies and training requirements.

Lead design, implementation, and management of enterprise security measures. Investigate breaches and conduct forensics, lead threat hunting and incident response, maintain security tooling and documentation, recommend security investments, mentor junior analysts, and deliver advanced security training to staff.

Lead and manage IT operations and staff to plan, maintain, secure, and optimize the organizations network, servers, SANs, and virtualization environments (VMware/Citrix). Oversee Active Directory, MS Server products, Exchange, IIS, SQL, disaster recovery, policies, upgrades, and vendor/carrier performance. Provide technical recommendations, resolve infrastructure issues, ensure compliance, and support technology initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
