Serve as TPCA's senior financial leader overseeing accounting, budgeting, grant financial management and compliance, audits, risk management, and financial reporting. Advise CEO and Board, supervise finance staff, manage federal grant requirements (2 CFR Part 200), and provide financial technical assistance to member health centers to support sustainable growth.

Senior financial leader responsible for TPCA's financial integrity and operations, including accounting, budgeting, federal grant compliance (HRSA, RHTP), audit and tax management, procurement, risk management, and providing financial technical assistance to member health centers. Partners with CEO and Board, supervises finance staff, and develops financial reporting, forecasts, KPIs, and controls to support organizational sustainability.
