Supports statewide healthcare workforce programs through employer engagement, grant administration, technical assistance, stakeholder coordination, reimbursement review, compliance monitoring, and performance reporting. Maintains program databases, prepares dashboards and reports, facilitates meetings and training, coordinates workforce pathway initiatives, and represents the organization with healthcare, education, government, and community partners. The role also supports program improvement, communications, and grant-related projects, with approximately 20% overnight travel.
