Hunt, sell, and close new enterprise SaaS customers in a Southern California territory. Prospect aggressively, lead demos, draft proposals, negotiate contracts, and meet revenue targets. Travel frequently to onsite meetings and events, use CRM tools to manage outreach and pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to drive new business.

Own and evolve Tenna's production platform: operate and improve AWS-based infrastructure (EKS, RDS/Aurora), lead incident response and RCA, implement IaC (AWS CDK), manage CI/CD (GitHub Actions), monitoring, cost optimization, and documentation to build a platform/developer-experience function.

The Renewals Manager is responsible for managing customer contract renewals, driving engagement and proactive strategies to mitigate churn and maximize revenue. This role involves collaboration with various departments, analyzing trends, and developing scalable processes for efficient renewals.
