Supports secure Intelligence Community conference rooms by configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading AV, VTC, IT, and collaboration systems. Responsibilities include systems engineering lifecycle activities, software requirements management, testing, configuration and change control, security compliance, patch management, documentation, user training, and Tier I/II technical support. The role coordinates with IT, cybersecurity, facilities, engineering, and mission stakeholders to maintain reliable classified meeting environments.

Represents NRO equities within the Department of War at the Pentagon by coordinating policy, oversight, advocacy, executive actions, reports, briefs, and senior-level engagements. The role connects NRO directorates with DoW and mission partners, supports warfighter and intelligence-community decision-making, and coordinates enterprise visits and collaboration across the National Capital Region.

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise software applications using object-oriented programming and cloud-based DevOps practices. Apply software development lifecycle knowledge, Agile and Scrum methodologies, accessibility standards, and strong problem-solving skills while working independently or collaboratively.
