Operate a 24/7 Regional Operations Center watch: maintain situational awareness, screen and disseminate messages, prepare briefings and reports, coordinate crisis and continuity actions, control ROC access, and liaise with Protection Ashore capabilities.

Provide administrative and coordination support including scheduling, calendar and conference room management, travel arrangements and vouchers, correspondence editing, and management of decision documents and governance artifacts. Serve on in/out processing team to prepare required documentation for inbound/outbound contractors.

Provide senior-level Windows server administration: build, configure, maintain, baseline, patch, and troubleshoot servers; manage asset records, backups, change requests, and provide pager/remote support. Participate in TEMs, produce build reports, and coordinate installations under tech lead oversight.
