Own internal IT operations and GRC functions, including identity and access management, endpoint security, SaaS administration, onboarding, helpdesk, audit readiness, risk registers, control ownership, and compliance evidence. Partner with security engineering and detection teams on logging, EDR, SIEM, and infrastructure security. Manage IT and GRC leaders, vendors, licensing, third-party risk assessments, and operational roadmaps while reporting risk posture to the CISO.

Lead and scale the Customer Success function for an AI-native MDR provider. Responsibilities include managing and developing CSMs, owning retention, expansion, customer health, and time-to-value metrics, leading executive customer relationships, managing escalations, operationalizing engagement models, and building scalable processes, tooling, onboarding, and enablement. The role partners closely with security delivery, engineering, sales, and product teams to ensure customer security outcomes and business value.

Build and lead Tenex’s portfolio and program management function across customer onboarding, professional services, and internal strategic initiatives. Establish delivery standards, prioritization, staffing, tooling, reporting, and governance. Hire and manage project and program managers, oversee delivery health, manage risks and dependencies, improve operational processes, and partner with cross-functional and executive stakeholders to ensure predictable, on-time, on-budget outcomes.
