Own pipeline generation, new-logo acquisition, expansion revenue, and quota attainment across Southern EMEA. Conduct full-cycle enterprise sales, including prospecting, qualification, complex evaluations, negotiation, and closing. Sell cybersecurity and AI-driven MDR solutions to technical and executive buyers, develop regional partners, maintain Salesforce forecasts, and help establish EMEA go-to-market processes. The role requires significant travel across EMEA and collaboration with sales engineering, product, marketing, legal, and executive teams.

Own internal IT operations and GRC functions, including identity and access management, endpoint security, SaaS administration, onboarding, helpdesk, audit readiness, risk registers, control ownership, and compliance evidence. Partner with security engineering and detection teams on logging, EDR, SIEM, and infrastructure security. Manage IT and GRC leaders, vendors, licensing, third-party risk assessments, and operational roadmaps while reporting risk posture to the CISO.

Build and scale full-stack software for an AI-native cybersecurity platform. Responsibilities include developing backend services and APIs, creating frontend applications, collaborating on product features, writing tested code, participating in reviews, troubleshooting across the stack, and improving engineering processes. The role requires 3–5 years of software engineering experience and experience with backend, frontend, databases, and cloud technologies. Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AI/ML, and startup experience are preferred.
