Own full-cycle recruiting for Forward-Deployed Engineers and AI Strategists, from targeted sourcing through offer negotiation. Partner with hiring managers, use agentic AI tools across the funnel, manage pipeline data, protect hiring bar, and build recruiting processes, scorecards, and interviewer training. In-person role based in NYC, focused on speed, quality, and candidate experience.

As a Full-Stack Creator, you'll build software using AI tools, create engaging content, and lead workshops to educate clients on AI applications. You will translate technical concepts for a broader audience and manage a cycle of building, content creation, and client workshops, driving value for Tenex's customers.

Lead end-to-end AI engagements: run diagnostics, design and ship agentic workflows with engineers, drive post-launch adoption, and operationalize AI fluency across client organizations. Own C-suite relationships, run sprints and audits, build repeatable playbooks, and travel to client sites about once a month.
