The Growth Automation Manager will build and scale Tendios' outbound automation system, focusing on creating a signal-driven opportunity activation engine for public procurement, managing outreach tools, and utilizing AI for personalization. Responsibilities include designing workflows, optimizing messaging, and measuring performance based on generated pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Lead full-cycle B2B and B2G sales across Southern Europe, prospecting, building stakeholder relationships, closing deals, adapting messaging to local procurement rules, tracking regulations, and collaborating with product and marketing while maintaining CRM records and contributing to GTM strategy.
